Protection concept and opening hours
In Switzerland, masks are mandatory in all indoor public places. Accordingly, also in our hotel and restaurants. Thank you for your understanding.
The health of our guests and our employees is close to our hearts.
For this reason, we have developed and implemented a protection concept that is continuously adapted to the current situation:
- Wearing face masks in all indoor public areas.
- A smile says more than a handshake – that is why we refrain from shaking hands.
- Disinfection stations are available in all our establishments & restaurants
- Common touch points are cleaned and disinfected several times a day
- The tables in our restaurants are generously spaced so that the spacing rules can be observed
- Our employees carefully follow all recommendations and obligatory measures of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH); they are trained accordingly.
- We offer an online check in and check out to minimize the on-site registration procedure and to reduce waiting times
- We prefer contactless payment
- We kindly ask you to refrain from visiting our hotel/restaurant if you have not felt healthy in the past 14 days or have acute symptoms such as fever and/or cough and cold symptoms
